Kay went above and beyond when my order was accident sent to the wrong location. She was kind, understanding and did not treat me like I made a mistake. The food was hot, fresh and amazing. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I've tried the Louisiana rub, and the BBQ-based sauces. The sauces are OK, but the Louisiana Rub is very good.

The quality of the boneless chicken seems excellent and better than Bdubs. The sauce is just lacking in comparison, for sure. However, their prices are way lower than Bdubs, so that is a consideration.

Would be nice if they had an Asian Zing equivalent.

Fries are alright, but they definitely are undercooked....
