Not impressed. First time here amd the food not good. Soup was cold sandwich not good. Not worth the money. I was in the mood for good soup well it's not this place. Service not all that great. Not a friendly place it's was like the people working did not want to be there. Will not be beack.

I came in to try the BBQ pork Mac & Cheese. After waiting 30 minutes in a completely empty restaurant (2 people picked up online orders during this time and quickly left) I finally got tired of waiting and went to ask the two workers, who were doing nothing behind the counter but playing on their phones and talking, how much longer it was going to take. They looked surprised and didn’t even realize I’d been waiting for my food. I guess they just assumed me and my husband were just hanging out in the empty lobby? Idk what else we would be doing there other than waiting for food. It took them only 5 minutes to prepare the food but by that point I didn’t even want it. Safe to say I’m never coming back. The service is a joke and the Mac & Cheese wasn’t worth $12.66.

Giving one star because my sandwich was fine. I ordered a buffalo chicken Mac and cheese through door dash, while I was eating it, I noticed two very long dark hairs in it. I have blonde hair so I know it wasn’t mine. It was a terrible first experience trying the food, and I will never be eating it again! DO NOT

Wasn’t impressed paid over 10. For a bowl of soup that was suppose to be loaded with potato and bacon. Didn’t have any bacon pieces at all and potato was smaller than my finger nail

Good soup... DELICIOUS Sandwich. Staff was a little young (acted some what juvenile instead of professional) but food and atmosphere was good. Some soup was Luke warm but the Hot soup was very good!

Ordered for two with a mac + soup combo and a mac + sandwich combo. The mac was cold in the center with stale toppings, the sandwich was microwaved and chewy, and the soup had clearly been sitting out for too long.

The food was so terrible, we got up, threw it out, and went somewhere else.

My experience was next level. The employees made accommodations for my medical liquid diet by blending a soup down further for me. I am extremely grateful they went above and beyond and I will definitely be returning. Thank you team for your kindness. It goes further than you know.

I went there to get a couple soups when I got home the soups for Bland. There is hardly any broccoli in the broccoli cheddar soup just little seeds from the broccoli . If you're going to call something broccoli cheddar soup make sure you have chunks of broccoli in your damn soups. Or you're ripping off the people that are buying your soups make sure they have flavor too because unfortunately when I bought it I cannot taste any broccoli or cheddar flavor. Same thing that goes for the lobster bisque soup too. You are a disgrace to call yourself a soup kitchen. I can tell half of the seats been sitting there for 4 to 5 hours not even being sold with a burnt crust on the top of the soup. Half of the soup didn't even look good in the pots from being served. I guess thank God I went to culinary school cuz I know soups and how to make them taste good.

Zoup is so satisfying when it's cold. A cup of soup and a half sandwich is my perfect lunch. The mac and cheese is good too, and I'm never gonna say no to the grilled cheese either. So many choices I can always find something I like.
