Burger was great, service not so much. Young guy, maybe it was his first week waiting tables??? Worst service I've had in a while though. We waited over ten minutes for him to come back to our table after we had stacked our plates in the middle of the table and were obviously done eating. Then, we asked one of his coworkers if she could get us a bill. 🤷🏻♂️ I would still definitely recommend eating here. The rest of the staff looked very competent, and the food was great!!

I stopped here while rolling through town. I was amazed at the service and the food very polite. We had Jessica W as our waitress and she was very pleasant. Let us know that hot selling items and we went with the burger. I would definitely recommend the burgers here. It’s the best bar burger I’ve had.Also, you have to get the fries. They’re the best fries I’ve ever had.

Yesterday we came to the burger barn for brothers 81st birthday I had the super slim Jim it was great all the waitress was great I ask her to sing happy birthday to my brother and she did she was so sweet she took our picture for sister and met the owner he was really nice so I would go back I just wish they had desserts but I don’t really need them I wish I lived closer to the burger barn I would be there almost every day, thank you burger barn for the great food and service and help making my brothers birthday special

If I could leave 0 stars that's what it would be....Mind you I used to manage a restaurant (in this area too 😁) and never would I have talked to a customer the way this man just spoke to me....about a week and half ago we ordered from this establishment for the first time....my bleu cheese burger was missing the bleu cheese and my husband's bacon cheeseburger was missing bacon 😂 so I put in a friendly call to let them know and the lady said she would take down our name and we could come back up to have our order corrected later....I said wonderful and it was a great exchange 😊 then when we tried to cash in on our order today a man answered and man was that a different experience....he said no you couldn't have gotten that food here...I said yes I still have the transaction on my card....he said oh well then you have to cash it in within 24 hours lol 😂 like what are you kidding me? Call your customer a liar and then tell them they have only 24 hours to cash in some food they were already supposed to have received the right way ? Just outrageous you can keep your burger barn Yale...and by the way I had a server come to my establishment after working for you and she said she wasn't getting paid so yeah I didn't judge you until today when I had my own experience!
