Some of the crew went to CJ's for breakfast and it was delicious! The owner was very nice and pleasant. Definitely a place to go check out if you haven't been to lately.
Good food good service
I visited the first time since the New owners opened restaurant last Sunday. The food was very good and Hot, took home a Rueben Sandwich, delicious, nice thick cuts. I will be back.
First time here since they opened and so far I can say that the wet burrito and the Reuben are amazing. I'm so happy to be able to return to this place under the same name as when I used to come decades ago. I can't wait to try their other menu items
Really Great all homemade from scratch Diner Eats . Real Mashed Potatoes like your mom made. Real Corned Beef no lunch meat here!
The hubby and I went there yesterday
Had the roasted turkey meal with real chunky mashed potatoes. The dressing was a lot like mine. Yums. They ran out of rolls but substituted with thick slices of delicious garlic bread. Clam chowder was very good. Ultimate comfort food on this cold winter night. Delish and YUMS.
Good food
It was delicious. Everything was cooked perfectly. Even my picky son liked it. It was homemade burgers. I will definitely be going back. Great food and good prices.
I had the fish and chips and it did not disappoint. It’s not your normal thickly breaded fish. It’s thinly breaded and has a creole seasoning. It was great
If I could give more stars I would! Working in this little town for a bit and stopped in to CJs for lunch. The service here is second to none we were waited on by Lis (spelled right lol) I had fish and my boyfriend had the buffalo burger. Both were excellent!! Lis was amazing. Very personable and it isn't often you are waited on by the owner themselves! - if you live in Yale or are just passing through I recommend CJs! Thanks Lis! -Mike and Nikki (the funny couple from Saginaw)

Quaint diner in downtown Yale. The food was delicious, and fresh ingredients were used. They are no longer open for breakfast and open at 11 a.m. for lunch and dinner. Closed Sundays and Mondays. We will be back.

Absolutely love this place. The food is great and so is the atmosphere. It has quickly became a regular for my wife and I. Love the music😊
GOOD food
Went for breakfast while passing through Yale. Service was wonderful. Food is delicious and portions are generous. Not sure what butter she uses, but it makes everything taste better than other diners.
