We were in town to stop at the funeral home. There were several of us that stopped into CJ’s for dinner afterwards. The staff was friendly and attentive. Service was excellent! And the food was great! We had perch dinners and smash burgers. This restaurant is a gem hidden in a small town! Highly recommend this restaurant!
What a cozy and welcoming café with a timeless ambiance of days past.They have a heart for the community and that of God. Not only do they serve affordable delicious comfort food but they also host as a place of worship on Sundays at 6PM. Come pour into this amazing local business and get filled up with a great meal through the week and get filled up on Sunday with spiritual bread.
In town to visit and pay respects to someone buried in the main cemetery in town. Went to CJ's bc of the good TripAdvisor rating. We were pleasantly surprised that the food, service, and atmosphere was far better than the good rating already suggested. Fried perch was excellent, burger was great, fries were yummy, French onion soup was done really well, Rubin sandwich was very tasty, and the grilled ham & cheese sandwich was a big winner.
