Worst service (attitude) , rubber fries (microwaved), Double Quarter Pounder, (should be made to order) , old or microwaved. If I could give a - it would be minus 5+. Worst ever!!!!!!

Hot food quick friendly service was my response 6 years ago....as of today 4/17/2025, as with most things ...that has changed at this location. I requested a made to order 2 fish sandwiches PLAIN. What I received once I got home less than 4 minutes from McDs.... I had 2 cold sandwiches that had cheese on them. Not going back out to get this corrected till tomorrow. I called McDonald's and after asking for the number posted on the drive thru window....person answering said they would go get that right now, 20 seconds later disconnected the call. Not a great way to do things. At McDs those I had contact with were very nice. However someone chose a shortcut. If this gets corrected I will change this review.

What’s the point of using the mobile app and ordering ahead if you still have to wait a tremendous amount of time I’m sure I’ve been waiting 10 minutes and I ordered my items 10 minutes before arrival. This is bullshit as I know when I worked at McDonald’s 10 years ago, we had like three minutes or something to get people through! Is this still a Schultz family restaurant they used to be about Customer experience, obviously not anymore.

Coffee i like but chicken sandwich was dried tasting. Quess I have to ask for something on that sandwich.,like mayo,lettuce maybe onion. Even a tomatoe. They never ask what do you want on that chicken ,!!!!! Nope never ask. They just say is that all!!!

Wonderful and friendly location. Everything was right on the first order. I even order some of the less ordered items.
It's the fries that always mess it up for me. Either warm but stiff or cold and kinda soggy, I asked for them to the cooked to order and they handed me lukewarm fries... Cooked to order means about four minutes and for them to come out HOT, to the point where you can't touch them. The fries here are just sad... The employees, while friendly, also look miserable half the time and the lobby is crowded with the new layout.

The Yale, MI location is one of my favorite McDonalds anywhere. The service is decent, the food is always hot and the people (adults and teens) are always delightful

I loved it the food was incredible.We ordered two ranches but got 3.Amazing service I also in my large fry found a large fry what a coincidence.
