Last week I went through the drive-thru at the Yale. The food I received at the window had so much pepper on it I was unable to eat the two bacon double cheeseburgers. The manager promised to send me free male coupons which I never received I still believe I should get that.My address is 208 2nd Street apartment 3 Yale Michigan 48097.I truly believe that I deserve to have the food replaced that cost me $10 for two double bacon cheeseburgers and an extra large french fry . And the price was so outrageous that I don't think I'll ever eat there again

Fries were terrible, tasted fishy and crunchy, then I just went back again 2 days ago and that was my last time they gave me food poisoning, and put pickles on all my Mcdoubles when I said 4 hamburgers and 5 Mcdoubles no pickles I did my order last because I know how stupid they are and they mess up orders but what they did was no pickles on the hamburgers and pickles on my Mcdoubles it's a good thing I'm not allergic to it but also there burgers weren't cooked all the way or something they tasted terrible I only ate 1 in a half then was like nope wasted money Everytime you go there.

This picture below is one time of many I have had issues. I always get these or milk shakes in a 32 oz cup. Now it's an issue due to one of the managers having problems with me. As if she's working she will take her time to getting our order ready. Took her over 5 minutes to make a coffee and no rush or customers there. This is sad as I visit this business often. In my opinion just because you have a issue with someone don't use your power at your work to take it out on paying customers.

If I could give the Yale Mcdonalds negative 5 stars I would. Place is a joke. You can either sit out on 19 and wait 15 minutes in the drive through line before you can even get into the parking lot or you can park and eat inside but you will be completely ignored to put in a order. So if you go through drive through or go inside its gonna be a 45 minute process to get some sub par Mcdonalds food. Just go to the A&W and dont waste your time.
I would not ordinarily write a reviewI am allergic to certain products they put on burgers. Talk about bad. Never ending messed up orders. No matter what you say there mad when they mess up. Ask for no cheese and you get cheese. Take it back crazy I got cheese yet again. I do not normally write reviews but its starting to get ridiculous at this location.Last three orders have been nightmares. Lukewarm fries, and food handled incorrectly.This current order, i ordered a daily double and was given basically a plain burger. It looks like they shot the mayo onto the wrapper and closed the burger up. Missing tomato and onions.I understand i came at a busy time of day and that the workers are under staffed and exhausted. But i do expect not every experience to be this poor. Im more okay waiting longer for my food than I am getting my order messed up.Please if someone from mgmt is reading this please advise the importance of food quality to the team.
