I have visited this location twice this week and both times were poor experiences.
First visit they got one of my drink orders wrong and then took a very long time to make the other drink even though it was an iced chai, and on top of that I ordered a biscuit with just honey but received a sausage and cheddar biscuit instead. I did not want sausage and cheddar.

Second visit I pull in and am 4th in line to order at DT menu and in 21 minutes the line did not move, no new orders taken, while 3 cars pull in the line behind me. Now 7 cars waiting to order and no movement at all.

Management needs to review your weekly sales and adjust staffing levels in the morning to a more appropriate level that will allow customers to feel the PERC mission statement being met.

This Biggby makes me want to stab myself in the eye every time I come here. I’m convinced the only reason it stays in business is because it’s the only caffeine source within a reasonable radius of this part of Zeeland. If I want actual espresso instead of the emotional support off brand k-cup at the office, I have to budget an extra 30–40 minutes like I’m planning a minor road trip to get through this drive thru.

Just went through and ordered 2 lates. Neither one had any flavor. And Service was crap. Super disappointed, my husband and I are usually huge Bigby fans. 👎

Love the Carmel Marvel though we need to break up. 2 a day for a month had me me There is also a strawberry something smoothie or freeze which is really good.

Idk what happened at this location but waiting in a drive thru for almost 30 minutes is crazy. The ice was melted in my drink by time I got it at the window!
11/14/25 edit. Its definitely gotten even worse. STOP MAKING DRINKS WHILE YOUR DRIVE THRU TIMES ARE 10 PLUS MINUTES!
I definitely don't want watered down coffee!!

Nice facility with quick service. Seems like it was a bank building at one time?! I tried their butterbear latte. It did not dissapoint. Reasonable prices. No complaints.

I used to love going to Biggby almost everyday. So many things have changed here, no flavored coffee, no vegan sausage, I don't really have a desire to go. Sorry Biggby, I'd rather make my own coffee at home.

It waited for over 8 minutes for my order to be taken in the drive through. The car behind me drove off and I eventually did too. As I drove around the building to leave, there was only one car waiting at the window for their order.

Multiple times now, I have gotten coffee grounds in my latte. The taste of the coffee was very bitter. But when they make it right, it's a very good coffee to enjoy. Biggby is very inconsistent. Also, the wait times can be up to 15 mins for 1 car to get through the drive-thru.

I'm new to the area but have tried this location for the last time today. I'd rather drive a little further than wait 15+ minutes for a single beverage. Looking through the other reviews, this appears to be a common theme. If this were my franchise, I'd be embarrassed and start making changes to how it's managed. If you're reading this wondering if you should try this location and find out for yourself, bc maybe I'm wrong. Save yourself the time. I thought that each time I pulled into the drive through, thinking maybe it was just a bad day for them. Sadly mistaken each time. Slow is their normal.

So I’ve gone a handful of times over the last few weeks and have been bummed each time over something. I don’t like to complain but I do have to say if you’re on a schedule this isn’t the stop. Every time I’ve been there are at least 5 people working and it has taken 10-15 minutes to get my drink. I’ve tried drive through and inside but neither is faster. I also ordered a sandwich that didn’t look anything like the picture but nobody mentioned to me if anything was out of stock. My drink was also incorrect each time. Most of the people were friendly so like I said I hate to complain, but it’s something you should know if you’re going to go.
