Multiple times now, I have gotten coffee grounds in my latte. The taste of the coffee was very bitter. But when they make it right, it's a very good coffee to enjoy. Biggby is very inconsistent. Also, the wait times can be up to 15 mins for 1 car to get through the drive-thru.

So I’ve gone a handful of times over the last few weeks and have been bummed each time over something. I don’t like to complain but I do have to say if you’re on a schedule this isn’t the stop. Every time I’ve been there are at least 5 people working and it has taken 10-15 minutes to get my drink. I’ve tried drive through and inside but neither is faster. Went to Biggby Coffee drive-thru today on Friday, February 9 at about 4:10pm. Service was quick and friendly. I just got some Donut Holes and Iced Coffee with caramel only. There was only one car ahead of me and I was able to get what I ordered right away.I didn’t get the young lady’s name that helped at the drive-thru today, but she was really friendly and kind. I asked her to make sure that my iced coffee was actually iced coffee. I ordered the same thing about two weeks...
