Who in there right mind pulls into an empty Burger King and goes in lane two because that's what they're asking to do here lane 1 is only online orders. They have big banners up because it obviously happens a lot but sometimes people have a bunch of kids they're not looking at a bunch of banners up in front of a fast food restaurant just thinking it's some advertisements that they probably don't care about... Anyway they told me I had to drive around to the other lane, even after how pissed I was I would have done it except not a please or sorry for the inconvenience. sooooo Bye bye BK

Food was not hot. The service was bad.Attitude of the person handing out our food, when she found out we were missing some of our order. She became upset. Blamed it on me, said she would have to get the manager. Abit later came back and practically threw the rest of order at us.

Received wrong order. We ate fries out of the bag expecting they are not able to take food back through window. We were wrong and witnessed them handing the bad to another customer. We explained we ate fries out of bag. Manager didn't seem concerned. And expressed it was ok to take food through drive through window and redistribute.

we were through the drive through 3 times and went inside 2 times because we didn't have the rite sandwiches my wife's sandwich had no tomatoes on it and it was supposed to so she went in and they made her the rite sandwich came out to the car and we prayed and I opened my sandwiches and instead of 2 big king sandwiches they decided to make me 2 cheeseburgers 1 patty on each with ketchup pickles and onion and mustard not what I ordered I hate mustard went in and talked to the manager she would make two more and they came out with no onion and no lettuce and then they kicked my wife out and told my wife that they made the sandwiches 3 times and she had to leave locking the door behind her when she asked why they locked the door the man said they closed the diner part at 7:00 it was now apparently 6:30 and they don't close the diner till 10:00 would you eat here? The food went into the trash! Not What we ordered
