Received a gift card purchased online and when I tried to use it, to pay online I veas unable so caked they said I could pay in person. Then no one in this chain knew how to redeem it. Corporate assured us it was valid but after 20 minutes of different associates trying to figure it out, I had to pay cash. By then, my pizza was cold and I still have a gift card that is useless at our closest Jets.

Under cooked, soggy, wet, & gross like they dumped a cup of water in the middle before baking. Pretty much inedible. I love Jet's pizza, but was warned by coworkers not to go to this location. Now I know why. Never again...

The coupons that are sent out never work, online only , only no location in holland or zeeland will take them or help when we call. Says at partisapating locations only , only no location online takes it. Ugggg

What can I say, Jets is one of the best pizza places and this is my local one. Service is great, food is great. The only way I'd stop coming here is if they built a new one closer to me lol

Placed order online for 2 piece deep dish plus drink. I was there when it was scheduled to be ready. The only box in the warming unit was mine-door left open. Nobody was around when I walked in. It took several minutes for someone to come from the back to give me my pizza and drink. The pizza was barely warm and the deep dish crust was gooey. Yuck. Not a good experience.

The Deep Dish pizza must be tried. They have a pepperoni deep dish with three different kinds of pepperoni. Almost the entire pizza is covered with perfectly cooked pepperoni. The crunchy edge is the best part, perfectly caramelized. You can eat off this pizza easily for two meals, so it really is a bargain for what it is. Wish they had done in options.

Parking: So many people go to this place, parking in front of it can be hard to get.

Jets in Holland has always been a go-to spot for delicious food, and their convenient app makes ordering a breeze. However, my recent experience left a lot to be desired.

Despite placing an order for $71 through the app and arriving at the designated time, the restaurant had no record of it. This was a major inconvenience and a frustrating start to the meal.

Jets offered zero assistance simply told us we should see a refund within 3-5 business days

Refund delay: While a refund was promised, the fact that it could take up to 3-5 business days is unacceptable. It's unreasonable to expect customers to wait that long for their money back, especially when they received no food.

Special shout out to Pizza Hut for offering to have our meal ready within 10 minutes after hearing about the lost meal. Pizza Hut followed through!

Overall:
Jets Holland usually provides a positive experience, but this particular visit was marred by a lost order and a frustrating refund policy. While the food is still delicious and the app is convenient, the lack of accountability for the order mishap and the lengthy refund processing time are major drawbacks.
Hopefully, this was just an isolated incident, and Jets will take steps to improve their order management and refund procedures. Until then, I would recommend proceeding with caution when ordering through the app.

My go to pizza place. Sometimes wait times can get long because they get slammed with orders but that's probably a good sign of their popularity. The handful of times they've made a mistake they're super apologetic and go above and beyond to make up for it.
