Not bad when they aren't busy, but it can be hectic during the lunch rush. Today I placed an online order and went in to pick it up. After fifteen minutes or so, no orders had been set on the marked shelves. I was politely trying to get someone's attention to ask, but no one would even look at me. Finally caught the manager's eye, and he brought my order up from the kitchen area. It was ready but no one had placed it on the shelves. I ended up waiting 25 minutes. Very, very frustrating.

The problem with this order is that they clearly don't read. I placed this online and requested it to be delivered 2.5 hours later. It's an option to pick a time you would like. Unfortunately, they delivered it right away. Clearly not looking at the time. The receipt even says the later time for delivery on it.

Half an hour ago we bought the Ultimate Italian sandwich…when we came back home, at the first bite … I closed my eyes while I was eating it I felt I am in Italy again… the Sandwich has the same taste when I had it in Italy …

Everything is delicious except the price. Can’t go wrong with cold cuts and fresh bread but $15 for my meal, my lord. Your profit margin on a fountain drink and cold cuts by bulk have to be ridiculous. Makes me not want to eat out but I’m constantly on the road.

Food was great and wasn't too pricey. They do consistently forget things on my order almost every time and it's dissapointing but it's still good food. My experience went great until I saw numerous healt code issues as well as one employee drop all the food and put it right in the bag and serve it to the customer. Good sandwiches, but the list of recommended tip percentages shown at check out were determined to be after the tax had been added. Why should we tip the tax? The tip should be based on the service provided by the waitstaff, not in addition to the government's tax on the meal.
