I woke up to go to work at 4:30, left by 3:50 and when I got there realized that it's not 24 hours. Yes that is my fault for not checking but still, how is this one closed but another one in Holland is 24 Hours. Now I'm going into work without breakfast and no energy.

Me and my mother went here got two five dollar meals and we waited thirty minutes and there was no manager there they have continually messed up our ordered I understand if you make a mistake but everytime we go here it's like a requirement to mess up the the order and the management is literally a joke I should start going holland or hudsonville

This place is under new management and it shows. I have been going here for years and for the most part has been an excellent experience. Last two weeks I have been there three times. The place is dirty with small flying insects by the ketchup dispenser. The ketchup was orange coming out of the dispenser. No lie. The service is very bad. Slow to put it mildly. Even when it’s not busy it takes 15 mins to get your order and it’s not accurate lately. Lot of new workers and I have not seen the usually managers. Not sure what happened. Ask for ketchup packets. Ketchup from dispensers still has small bugs flying around it and it’s still orange color.

- COCKROACH - spotted in the dining room while I was eating. Needless to say I couldn't continue to eat the food due to the sanitary concerns. I mentioned it to management but did not have time to see what was done about it. I am contacting both Corporate and the local health department to make sure that this location gets a thorough inspection as soon as possible. I will change review to neutral if and when I am notified of a clean inspection report.

Second time visiting since new management, i’ve figured after 2 months they would get their stuff together.. its worse now I ordered a hamburger with only mayo and ketchup and got a load of mayo and a drop of ketchup. Then my dad got chicken nuggets and it came with no sauce when i ordered TWO sauces. (P.S chicken nuggets just don’t taste right without sauce) One of the most basic things French Fries. Undercooked. Not Salted. When we picked up the food just very strange they didn’t say a word and just shoved it at us. Guess we going back to Hudsonville again.

This isn't a 1 star restaurant review. This is a 1 star mcdonalds review. This was bad for mcdonalds standards, where expectations are low to begin with. Ordered happy meals with nuggets and apple slices. Neither happy meal had apple slices, one of the fries had exactly 3 fries, nuggets were stale and smelled &tasted like cardboard. Guessing they were on the warmer all day. Fries were unsalted. Not just lightly salted, literally none. None of the sauces we're given to us so we had to go in to get them. I don't expect much from Mcdonalds. I understand that fast food is just quick and low quality. But I do expect at least SOME effort to provide half decent food as ordered. Please avoid this location.

The manager went above and beyond for my husband and myself this past Friday. We were heading out of town with a camper. Stopped to grab lunch for the road. It started sprinkling as we walked in. And 2 mins later the sky opened up. Pouring rain!!! Hallelujah but.... We had no umbrella. We talked at the door with food in hand about eating in now. The manager walked up and we chatted. He ran out to his car and grabbed his umbrella. Gave it to us to use to get to our truck. As we were pulling out we stopped to return the umbrella. Again the manager ran out into the rain so my husband didn't have too. Absolutely so kind!!

I'm leaving this review in response to Michael Cosgrove's review. He was unhappy with his speed of service. He decided to take a picture of my teenage daughter while she was on her break and post that is part of his review. I have always had good service at this McDonald's. They have a lot of teenage employees who are learning to work their first job. She is constantly getting chewed out by customers who demand fast service even when they're incredibly busy. You don't always know what's going on behind the scenes. If you have a concern, talk to the manager. Don't take a picture of a teenager on her legally mandated break who has nothing to do with your coffee not coming out fast enough for you.
