Have been going here since we were children but was really disappointed in the service yesterday. Terrible snow storm, we had no power so decided to order pizza which we do often from here and my husband gets home and we are missing our stuffed crust pizza. Call in and let them know the guy first went on about the slip which I said they didn’t give us one so he looked it up, talks About how they were busy and they must’ve just forgot And we thought no big deal but we need our pizza because we have six people to feed, He talks about making it then says something about he’s going to put $20 thing on my phone number so I’d have to call in to get pizza the next time sounds great I ask him how long before the pizza will be ready And this is when his attitude changes.. He says you need to pick between your pizza and the credit.. Which one do you want… And was extremely rude about it. I answered with I just assumed Good Customer Service you forgot my pizza it’s a terrible snowstorm and we have to drive all the way back and it’s not close that we would get both, He then said it’ll be ready in 15 minutes and hung up the phone on me. Not once until he was rude to me did I give him any attitude And was OK that they made a mistake I just needed my pizza, I’m not sure why your customer service there has gone down the toilet.

Good food and service. Would like to see prices on menu. It takes a long time to ask server all the prices, decide what you want, and then order. Solo lunch not too bad, but cannot imagine what it would be like for several couples.

I was visiting the area from Ohio and the pizza was delicious, the staff was professional and courteous.
One of the few remaining classic dine in Pizza Huts left. No big changes have been made, still has that ambiance that will bring back memories.
The location is definitely catered more towards take out, service was decent, a little awkward at times, but they are definitely not accustomed to having many dine in patrons.
Easy walk from downtown Zeeland, plenty of parking too. Will definitely be back!
