They had an issue with the card reader, and while fixing it decided to just... pay for my entire order even though it only took five-ish minutes to fix. They always work very hard and keep calm despite having a long lines and few workers. Both the drink and food I order are always hot and good. I love going there :)
I’ve been in the last two days to get coffee since all the other locations in holland/zeeland are closed. Nichole (her name tag says service leader) is always so friendly and upbeat!
There happy hour deals are a no brainer. My personal favorite is the Salted Cream Iced Coffee. I'm not a regular there because I'm not really a fan of the sugar drinks but every once in a great while. And everytime I go I'm pleased with the quick and friendly service. I don't think they have ever messed up a drink for me. 3 stars because the price, they are just too expensive to go there regularly.
