Went to Taco Bell to try their new chicken nuggets. Its definitely not real chicken. It tasted like rubber. The chicken was also discolored. I will leave a photo for you to review.

My family has been coming here since this location opened, but as of the last few months the service has gone down hill a lot.
Case in point: They continuously mess up orders, give me someone else's food and most recently didn't make an online order until 20 minutes after I was notified it was ready.

The inside is very cold. We ordered and waited for like 30 minutes but we were 1/2 people waiting. Once we got our food it was cold and missing items. The food was still edible but just a little disappointing!

I ordered two Doritos locos supreme tacos thru the drive thru and as I got down the road I tried to eat them only to find that both taco shells were completely destroyed to the point that I had to wait until I got home so I could eat them with a spoon and at that point they were cold and not crunchy anymore, I think the workers should have used shells that could be eaten like a taco or sold me a taco salad with a spoon. Very disappointed

They were pretty fast considering it was almost midnight.
Update normally good but when I got there 45 min into their open hours they were closed. Doesn’t matter how good you usually do if you’re not there. So now can’t trust they will be open so won’t go there. Great location always prompt and proper.

Waited almost 40 minutes in that trap of a drive through lane with no way out, and instead of letting me know at the speaker that they were out of key ingredients so that I could cancel my mobile order, they said nothing, confirmed the order, then told me at the window that they were out of beans. I asked for a refund as almost everything I ordered required beans and I guess taco bell wont let them do that for mobile orders so now I have to go through customer service to get my money back. On a different occasion an employee gave me a bunch of coupons unprompted when they ran out of large drink cups, this was a much bigger inconvenience asI had my MONEY and time stolen. A shame I wont be stopping by this location anymore.
