Meh. Went here on Veterans Day to try a new place that a Google search indicated was offering Veterans Day discounts for Veterans. They said they gave me a 10% discount, but my very mediocre 'Reuben' sandwich and coffee were both really weak, with about a 1/2 portion of meat. With the tip, my 'Veterans Day' discounted lunch came to $35. Ouch! The service was good, and the deep fried mushrooms saved their third star in this review, those were excellent. Overall, meh.

We were waited on fairly quickly but took over 1/2 hour before food arrived. Forgot the appetizer we ordered. Never got that. Food was maybe warm, like the beer. Had to flag someone down to get the bill after the plates were removed. The waitress knew we were finished as we requested a take home box. Maybe try again in a few months to see if they improve. Updated: revisited and was much improved. Acceptable service and the food was excellent.

The best Reuben I’ve ever had, The restaurant has great atmosphere, lots of TVs for sports and it’s kid friendly. Elisa was our server and she did an amazing job. We will definitely be back.

This was our first visit to Gritzmaker, although we live very close. We were not disappointed. The food was terrific and servers were attentive. I would certainly recommend.
This is a must stop spot for foodies. We had the Scotts Tots, that were perfectly golden crispy on the outside and soft and cheesy on the inside. The Reuben was melt in your mouth delicious, with what seemed like housemade saurkraut. The staff was relaxed and friendly, very chill atmosphere, with some of the best food we've had at restaurant in years. Definitely would recommend if you're in the Zeeland area.
