We ordered our subs online, my boyfriend picked them up and we went home to eat. Opened them up and our toppings were swapped. Neither of us were going to eat them because we don’t like the same things. He went back down to see if we could get them remade. Javier was very rude and told him that he wouldn’t do anything because they had left the building. The other young man working was going to help but was busy with other customers at the moment and Javier took over and refused to fix our order. Needless to say we are out $30 and also didn’t get our supper. Very disappointed as we have been coming to this establishment for many years…….

Food is ok. The lettuce looked pretty brown/red in the container so I passed. Older lady at the register wasn't polite. I said please and thank you to everyone in the line yet the woman refused to acknowledge me in any way after I said Thank you. It's really not difficult at all and is rather rude

Meal was delicious and prepared them way I requested they did hv music playing but that was ok still a peaceful place to eat and not many
This place was terrible. The young boy making the sandwiches was rude and made some really weird comments to my husband. He didn't know some of the subs and the Philly we got wasn't warmed up or toasted. We'll have gas station food next time.
