This place was terrible. The young boy making the sandwiches was rude and made some really weird comments to my husband. He didn't know some of the subs and the Philly we got wasn't warmed up or toasted. We'll have gas station food next time.

The last two times I have come in to Adrian Subway the customer service is Terrible. They do not greet you they do not ask any of the questions like what kind of bread do you want or cheese they just stare at you " like hurry up". My sandwichs are always thrown together which makes it very messy. When they drop some veggies on the dirty counter they put them back on your sandwich. They wrap the sandwich with it half out and the wrapoer has been ripped both times

This Subway could use more customer service help. I ordered sub's for my family tonight and every sub the employee made for me had restrictions. It was we make this sub like this and we only can use these cheese's for this sub and I can't make this sub like that, I have to make it like this.After a $30 bill, I get home to discover one of her red hairs on my sandwich. Must be the way this Subway makes their sub's!!! Never again will I spend any $ in this Subway!
