Let me tell you something, this place was hands down the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my many many years in earth here. I went through the drive through and this young man named Landon (I wrote it down) helped me figure out my rewards account. It felt like my own grandson helping me figure out my McDonald’s rewards. This McDonald’s was filled with helpful staff! It makes me finally find a sliver of hope that society is correcting themselves for the better. I CAN NOT wait for my next visit here again!

Every time I go here there is a couple workers I see. These workers make it worth going because of their fantastic service. Those workers are Brandon Gervais and Landon Franzen. They are so kind and supply me what I ask for. I love you guys.

I got McDonald’s the other day. There was this young person working in the drive thru, I believe his name was Landon. And may I just say that this is the best worker I have seen at a fast food place in a while. He was fast, but yet made me feel heard and created small talk. Landon if you see this. First off, I called to see if they were gonna have any different flavored shakes. They instantly said prank callings illegal and the police would contact me! The food I got was chicken nuggets. They were pink in the middle, not white! Finally crumbs all over the seats inside.

Solid chicken strips, better than nuggets but not quite as good as the spicy crispy chicken sandwich chicken.
FIRST & LAST NAME
The once iconic BigMac is now a bottom of the barrel frozen bread burger. This BigMac Burger consisted of the same patty as the double burger we ordered inside the massive frozen 3 part bun and a messy amount of salad and thousand island like dressing but included a flat see-through pickle. Iced coffee was 80% full, so it continued the letdown. You can do better McDonald's

Worker was varry rude and throw my food an the table
They always have a problem getting my order right. I always have to check it and if I go through. Drive through 9 times 10 I have to go back in.
Parking: They do have plenty of parking. If you go through Drive through and you have to take your order back in to get it right...

Ordered my food on McDonald’s app. Went through Aitkin drive thru and at speaker they confirmed my order. Went to pickup window and Amy the worker informs me that they no longer have my order. I hand her my phone and show her my order, order number, and that it was paid for. She then wanted me to reorder and pay for it again. Amy the manager got involved, and 30 minutes later still no food. They basically told me there’s nothing they can do, kept explaining that the app is 3rd party and I need to take it up there. If you look at the app, it says take up any issues with the individual restaurant. I could go on, but it was just dinner.

Horrible wait times for us mobile order people. They crank out 5-6 cars and I sit here for 20+ minutes WHEN I ONLY HAVE A 30 MINUTE BREAK…. I THOUGHT it’s supposed to be order to jump the line NO ITS NOT DO NOT MOBILE ORDER IF YOU HAVE SHORT
