The once iconic BigMac is now a bottom of the barrel frozen bread burger. This BigMac Burger consisted of the same patty as the double burger we ordered inside the massive frozen 3 part bun and a messy amount of salad and thousand island like dressing but included a flat see-through pickle. Iced coffee was 80% full, so it continued the letdown. You can do better McDonald's

They always have a problem getting my order right. I always have to check it and if I go through. Drive through 9 times 10 I have to go back in.
Parking: They do have plenty of parking. If you go through Drive through and you have to take your order back in to get it right...

Ordered my food on McDonald’s app. Went through Aitkin drive thru and at speaker they confirmed my order. Went to pickup window and Amy the worker informs me that they no longer have my order. I hand her my phone and show her my order, order number, and that it was paid for. She then wanted me to reorder and pay for it again. Amy the manager got involved, and 30 minutes later still no food. They basically told me there’s nothing they can do, kept explaining that the app is 3rd party and I need to take it up there. If you look at the app, it says take up any issues with the individual restaurant. I could go on, but it was just dinner.

Normally when I swing by later in the evening the food and the service is good, but lately don’t even bother swinging by after 9:30, they’ll just say they’re closed.
So I pull up to the drive thru to order @ 6:20 am the teller says “unless ur just here for coffee we’re not ready for breakfast” and I said really? And she goes yeah really! She was completely rude like I was an inconvenience. This has to be the slowest and most unprofessional McDonald’s in the state. It’s too bad it has to be in my hometown. Very disappointing to say the least…

called the store to enquire about a product and was spoken to by a rude staff member who didn't answer my question and said " macdonald's don't call again" stated his name was Henry DONT CALL THE RESTURANT IF YOU WANT HELP OR NEED A QUESTION ANSWERED BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS BAD

Every. Single. Time. They forget something. EVERY TIME. I get a happy meal and forget the apple slices. Another time I specifically order a side of apple slices they forget them. They forget straws, napkins. I don’t live close to going back isn’t an option. CHECK YOUR ORDER. They will forget something.
