Mya at this aitkin location is the rudest customer service person I’ve ever came in contact with. She has an ugly attitude and should not be working customer service. She needs to be in the back cooking where she isn’t in contact with your customers. She is a prime example of loss of service and customers. I won’t be visiting this location again unfortunately due to the very rude and inexcusable serve I received from Mya.

Absolutely terrible experience at store number 28173 today 12/23/25 at 3:48pm. The manager on shift was swearing at me and other customers in the lobby. There were 3 other customers at the counter with orders made wrong. She tried to rip the burger that HER staff made incorrectly out of my hand immediately. Told me she has to bring it back to the kitchen so the cab correct their mistake. I said no I’ll keep the burger and they can make me a new one. Just like every other time they get my order wrong. Then after they force me to throw it away before making me the burger I paid extra for, the other manager tells me I’m acting like a two year old. They refuse to give higher up contact info. So I will keep post bad reviews until something is done about this.

Don’t bother asking for NO Onion on your burgers as they always put onions on it regardless. I’m done with this Aitkin location. And don’t bother calling them as they don’t answer the phone either.

Manager was screaming obscenities at staff in front of customers. Very unprofessional. Line staff was clearly affected and it showed with their performance. Aitkin is a nice community and we were not expecting this type of service or behavior.

I'm not a fan of fast food, but a couple of us wanted to talk privately during a time of day when other places were going to close soon, so we came here. One had a fruit smoothie and the other an iced coffee. Both were high quality and reasonably priced. It's nice to have an easy choice in such occasions.
