Incredible service!!! Incredible food!!! I eat what most would consider a very strict and limited and restricted diet, It is a very rare occasion for me to eat outside of my home because of my restrictions. If my requests aren't followed exactly, I get painfully ill. Riverside Pub is top notch when it comes to my restrictions and is the only restaurant that truly follows my requests. (Even when the cook thinks the requests are a joke lol). Everything is always cooked to perfection. Definitely recommend and will always return. Thank you Riverside for being a rare treat and a safe place for me to eat out with my husband.

I went in there a couple nights ago to have a couple beers and to get something to eat. The bartender with the longer straight blonde hair waited on me. When I walked in she was just sitting at the bar with some guy both with their faces buried in their phones. She acted like I was such a nuisance when I walked in. When I talked to her she couldn't even make eye contact with me and asked me what I wanted. Several times while I was there I said thank you to her. It's like she didn't even know the words you're welcome. She would just give me an occasional grunt and still would barely even look in my direction. She went back to sit on her phone at the bar with the guy. Eventually the guy got up and walked behind the bar. The two started making out! He finally left.The service she provided was just fine. But when you work with the public you should do a little bit more to acknowledge their presence. Then when I left she cheerfully said have a good night! Where was this person the entire time I was there? If you're going to work with the public you might want to have some people skills! I was in there one other time and the service was great and the bartender was very friendly! I guess I'm just supposed to be grateful that I had someone to take my order and wait on me??? I'll rethink going in there again. We'll see...... I was literally the only customer when this occurred.

If you ever want nasty, RUDE “service” this is the place to go! I’ve been in hospitality for thirty years… I cannot believe this passes for “acceptable!?”
Seriously, DO NOT go here. The bartender literally roles her eyes and complains when patrons come in, unless they’re her “regulars.” She constantly complains about her job and makes you feel like you’re a burden for being there. Avoid this establishment at all costs and go somewhere that makes you feel welcome.
