the pancakes and waffles are really good but i recommend the country fried steak great place to have breakfast and the waiters/waitress’ are possibly the kindest people in the midwest
One of the best diners I have ever been to. Friendly & efficient waitress. Good food & wonderful Carmel rolls. I had eggs & sausage done perfectly.

Married in Aitkin, attend this restaurant with my grandmother all the time and knew when we got married that we had to get photos here reading the newspaper. Restaurant was super friendly and allowed the photographer and videographer take as many photos and let us run all over the place. So so thankful and even let us have a coffee and hot coco for free. Truly the nicest and best staff around. Thank you all so much!

Roadside is a long time fixture of the small town of Aitkin. It takes you back in a good way. Simple but good food, friendly staff, still has chairs and tables from many decades ago. Prices are some of the best you'll find in
