After being away for 3 months I was excited to order canzone for my cousin and I. When they were delivered, I tasted it and thought my taster was off. It wasn't just me who questioned the flavor, or, lack thereof. The seasoning tasted was very salty but that's it. No flavor to the sausage either. I guess I will not order anymore.
In my 37 years on this floating rock I have never experienced such a masterpiece of flavor in pizza and sandwich form. The way they have somehow been able to encapsulate all that is tasty into such small packaging. It’s as if they kidnapped a wizard and forced them to teach the cook staff alchemy in order to cast a spell of advanced flavor fortune directly on my tongue with every bite.

The pizza is always delicious and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. The owners, Curtis and Christian, are truly incredible people. My husband and I love small business and Rosallini’s as whole, so we asked them to cater our wedding in May.
