After being away for 3 months I was excited to order canzone for my cousin and I. When they were delivered, I tasted it and thought my taster was off. It wasn't just me who questioned the flavor, or, lack thereof. The seasoning tasted was very salty but that's it. No flavor to the sausage either. I guess I will not order anymore.

The pizza is always delicious and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. The owners, Curtis and Christian, are truly incredible people. My husband and I love small business and Rosallini’s as whole, so we asked them to cater our wedding in May. They said “yes” without hesitation and counted down the days until our wedding every time we saw them in the store. They made the process so easy and went above and beyond in their service. Our guests were all complimenting the quality of the pizza, saying how great it was, and how professional their service was. We will always be extremely grateful for the hard work, time, and effort! We cannot recommend Rosallini’s enough.

Was so hyped up about this place opening in Brainerd! Ordered a pizza and it took a hour and 8 minutes to get here. Price was a little spendy but hey I could be surprised, well the pizza honestly wasn’t that good. I’d say a 6/10. The bread sticks were also cold when they arrived. And on top of that the deliver guy was hitting his vape right infront of us while giving us our pizza. Not very impressed!

We picked up a Calzone, Pizza and a Keto bowl on our way home from an event in Aitkin. Hands down the best pizza we have ever had! The service was phenomenal, prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend! Five Stars all the way!!

The bacon cheeseburger pizza was excellent, the mustard and ketchup sauce is what all burger pizzas should have IMO. One of the better I've had.
Had a taco pizza as well, that was also very good.
Enjoyed our meal out tonight. We stopped at Rosallini's as our usual restaurant was closed. Hadn't been there in a while as I became gluten intolerant so couldn't eat pizza. Now that I know they have a gluten free choice that is tasty I will be returning. My husband had the Meat Lovers and I opted to try the Garlic Veggie. Both were very good. We had plenty & took the remainder home for a snack.
Vegetarian options: I had the Garlic Veggie Pizza which I thoroughly enjoyed.
Dietary restrictions: Had the gluten free crust pizza & it was tasty. Have had GF pizzas elsewhere which were not good. Talking with the owner on the subject of GF crusts he said they tried many before they came upon this one. Glad they did as I liked it.
