As a retired couple we like finding good mom & pop restaurants. While road tripping we came into Akeley first time ever and as soon as I saw the sign I pulled in. They had a senior portion menu, (which we love) and we ordered off that. Perfectly fried chicken strips and fish with fries & tots. Delicious. Hope to stop again.
Affordable nice plus it's the only restaurant in Akeley. Great service, Great food!

Outstanding place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Several visits: All impressive! Very friendly and efficient service. Fried chicken, patty melt, hot turkey commercial, and breakfasts were all GREAT. Super good $$ value.
