I went through the drive threw and ordered food for all of my kids and husband. An employee had said something before ending his mic that wasn't very nice. I got to the window expressed my concern to I believe Chris Garcia(not sure on last name but I think that's what they said). He apologized many times,and was extremely respectful! He turned my bad experience into a good one! Thank you Chris!
There's one lady there who is always making these backhanded comments at me whenever I come in, like I understand I don't look quite "normal" but ya don't need to be rude hun. Yeah I have a "different" name, I didn't choose it. But the whole asking my name for an order and I tell her and she said "well that's...um...different. I've never heard that one before ugh" with a tone as if my name and appearance are a problem....
Walked into a busy Friday lunch rush and Rose was working the counter. Pleasant, fast, and efficient order for my five family members. She made sure everyone had what we wanted. After the food came out, it was hot and perfect made.
We then saw Rose busting tables and cleaning after customers left leaving the dining room spotless. Rose deserves acknowledgment along with whoever else was working their tails off making the lunch rush today awesome.
