Highly recommended for those passing by on 94! My wife and I travel interstate 94 between Minneapolis and Fargo regularly. Barbacoa is a frequent stop for us. We enjoy the tasty food, fast service, and affordable prices. You can even get take out if you are in a hurry.

The best Mexican around Mn, no question. The food is over the top wonderful! She will go out of her way to take care of you. Being short staffed and struggling to find wait staff, they still do an amazing job!
