I love the chx strip basket, the gravy is the best with French fries and I always ask for an extra one.. I only got 1 gravy and a ranch even tho I was charged for an extra gravy.. so I asked for my second gravy, and their solution was for me to give back the ranch, which i also paid for and they'd give me my gravy🤷♂️.... I wasn't about to argue with a bunch of teenagers I was on a 2 hr trip... I formally spent 23 yrs of my life In the food service industry... this was disappointing.... maybe find an adult who gives a crap to monitor these children 🤔

Tell me why a big franchise like Dairy Queen would not have any napkins. When I brought it to an employee's attention and remarked they sell napkins or paper towels at nearby stores the employee said they didn't have time or staff to go get any. Also there was another Dairy Queen about 10 minutes down the road. They should have at least got a roll of paper towels for guests to use. Management take note.

Love stopping at this location for an ice cream over looking the golf course’s first hole green. There are a few outdoor tables and benches to enjoy your purchase. Great people with standard food options and great ice cream.

This is the second time we have used the mobile app to order on our way from Minneapolis back to Fargo and experienced the same problem both times. We placed and order and arrived 20 minutes later, only to find that our food is not ready and they have no record of our order. I had an order number and confirmation, and our credit card shows the purchase coming through. The staff was not helpful at first and said "it didn't show up so you'll have to wait or order again." I told they person that I had already paid for the food so if I order again I will be paying for it twice. Finally, after being persistent and showing them the order confirmation and credit card charge they were willing to make our food. I offered to give my phone number in case something happened and they didn't received payment, but she said she had it as she took a picture of my order confirmation. This morning we had a voicemail from Shana at the store accusing us of placing an order, cancelling it, and then coming in to demand our food, like we planned it! I can assure you, sitting at DQ in Albany for 30 minutes on my way home was the last thing I wanted to do! Like I said, this is the second time this happened at the same DQ. I'm not saying it isn't possible I did something wrong when ordering, but it isn't the first time we've used a mobile app to order ahead...we'll call the store and settle up if in fact our credit card wasn't charged, so they won't need to call the authorities like they threatened.

The worker Hayden gave me GREAT service and onion rings. Imagine this crispy, golden-brown batter that crunches perfectly with every bite, followed by a sweet and tender onion inside. The flavor is so on point, you can't help but go back for more. 10/10 experience.

After the Osakis Parade with family we had to say goodbye and head home. We were hungry and the DQ 2 for $5 Mix & Match got the spot!

The interior of the restaurant was dark and dingy, And the staff acted like we were an inconvenience.
The burgers and fries were skimpy, and the tomato was hard. Even the dilly bars were not up to standard. They were not all the way coated, and the stick nearly fell out because it was so close to the bottom.
We will never return to this location again! We will drive the extra distance to Melrose DQ.
