Where do I begin, first off the food was great but what wasn’t was the fact they gave my friend a 2 MONTH expired apple juice that is literally got chunks in it!!!! Do better, coming from an employ at a fast food restaurant we would NEVER do that!!!

Subway in Albany was clean. The food was typical subway food. I really like the power bowls which means there is no bread and that is fine with me. For some reason I did feel a little rushed when it came to going through the line to select what I wanted in my power bowl so I did miss a few things that I would have liked to include. I don't go to Subway enough to zip through the line and know exactly what I wanted. If course it could have been just me and I really wasn't being rushed. It may haves had to do with the person behind me.

Usually this a I way is great! Last couple times they put just meat and cheese and a soup cup of sauce on. This is my 12$ sandwich I got today and it went right in the garbage drowning in sauce none of the veggies were on it except the spinach and banana peppers the other half didn’t even have any chicken on it just sauce and spinach other half had like 3 pieces of chicken.

Best subway sandwich I've had in a long time! It's also great to see a nice and spacious location! They even have a drive thru! In terms of sandwich making, there were two ladies involved. One was very fast and happy the other was a bit slow (perhaps in training?). Not an issue tho. The only problem I see (which isn't much) is that one of the sandwich artists was wearing dangling bracelets.

Took my 6 year old nephew to get a sub and he had forgotten his order so as I was reminding him of the options the two ladies behind the counter were visibly rolling there eyes at me multiple times. There was no one else in the store, and we had ordered within 5 minutes so there was no need to be rude about a toddler taking an extra minute to order a sub. The lettuce was also brown and the cookies were hard. Won’t be returning.
Kid-friendliness: They literally got upset because a kid forgot what he likes and needed to be reminded of the meat options.
