Waited 20min to be seated with one family in the restaurant and 2 people at the bar. Ericka waited on us and was extremely rude and passive aggressive. Another person brought the food out and slammed it down on the table and wouldn’t even say a word or give it to who ordered. Truly wild. My boyfriend and I were in Albert Lea and decided to grab supper at Applebees. Everything was great and I’m a huge believer in giving credit where it’s due. I believe our servers name was Scott- he was AMAZING and the best server we’ve had at ANY restaurant we’ve been to. His customer service skills are top notch, and he made the experience top tier.

No wait time, got there kinda early so it was quiet. We all put in our drink orders, mixed up my daughters drink. Put in our food orders they messed up on my wife's but they did comp. My son never got his refill, but I'm nitpicking, overall there were a few hiccups but with food being delicious I will be back, all ready got my meal picked out. Lol

Looked up online said close at 12 got there at 11:45 and signs said open wait r at the speaker for 5 minutes and got told they were closed

First off our waiter was excellent!!! The food sucked. Ordered Chicken Parmesan fettuccine when it came it was barely warm. I stuck my finger through the center of the chicken to check the temp, Lukewarm. Send it back, and it came back lukewarm. Manager came up and said that “He” re-cooked a new plate of chicken Parmesan fettuccine himself. He lied right to our face! New plate? So then tell me why does this chicken have a hole in it where I stuck my finger in, on the first plate? Only Good thing about the visit was the awesome waiter and they refunded me 15 bucks. We stopped going to Applebees awhile back because of food issues. Thought we’d give them another shot, different Applebee’s, same story. Will probably never go back to an Applebee’s again!!!

Usually enjoy going here but it has gone downhill. Service was horrible! Our server got our drinks and food order. Drinks took forever and once we got them we never saw her again. We had to ask to bartender to put in a to go order and 10 minutes later had to ask for our bill from him. Once we were checking out with the bartender our original waitress came out!
