Waited a really long time for our food even though there was only one other person in the store. And they forgot our au jus sauce for the French dip sandwich

Tried to order the new bacon burger well done was told that couldn't do that it's only served one way. When the sign clearly says want it well done ask. So I ordered a cheddar bacon instead which was cold. My husband did get the new bacon burger and it was well done and cold and had no bacon on it. Employees definitely need to do some training!

What a disrespectful staff. They forgot the drink I had ordered and the woman who came to the window was very rude and screamed at me and my ailing mother when we decided to check the bag to make sure they didn’t forget anything else.

We were on our way home from a birthday party and the three of us were starving….it was 1045 pm…we went through drive thru…lady asked us if she could take our order and then all of a sudden she stated that they were closed and she would not be able to take our order…I said it is 1045 and she said sorry my clock says 1100….not apologetic and treated us like we were an inconvenience for them…not happy at all!

Makkel was one of the best employees we have ever encountered at this Arby's. If there is a manager apprenticeship program, he should definitely apply. His attention to detail and friendly customer service is second to none. KUDOS Makkel!!!

Pulled up to the drive thru at 10:50, the store’s lights were on (as well as the menu), I waited for about a minute with no one answering, and then they just shut the lights off.

We ordered 2 beef and cheddar on our way back home from vacation. Got the order to go. When we opened our food we found 2 plain roast beefs but we were already on the highway. We were charged for 2 beef and cheddar. It was not as if they were busy.

Went there with family. Some of the food was decent, like jalapeño poppers and chicken sandwhich, but the fries are bland, and when I got strawberry lemonade, they literally filled 95% of it with just ice. They also didn't even bother making sure they made the entire order. Given it's a fast food place, I had low expectations from the start for the food, but I at least expect to get what I pay for the first time.

Just had a terrible experience at the Arby’s in Albert Lea. I had the online app for 5 sandwiches for $5. The app did not work to place the online order as required. I went into the store to ask for help and the manager told me they have nothing to do with the Arby’s app. I asked her for the special since I had attempted to order online and she refused. Not good customer service!!!!!!
The customer service was awesome. I went with my family because this is one of their Hangouts I rated the food low because there's nothing on the menu I can eat such a salad or fruits or any gluten-free options. My diet is very unusual. However my family enjoyed the burgers and fries.
