It seens like EVERY TIME I get food here I regret it! Whether it's getting shorted some of the food ( which happens about 50% of the time) or the food tasting like 2 day old food that was reheated!! I NEVER have this problem at the Austin mn store. The food is always good and NEVER shorted anything! I work between both towns.I have called and complained but the ALWAYS SAY we're short staffed!! I wouldn't recommend this place to a dog!!!

I waited at the counter for nearly five minutes before any of the four employees I saw acknowledged me. Only to find out that I would have to wait an hour if I wanted the roast beef sandwich I came in for. It’s Arby’s, Arby’s roast beef sandwiches, Right? Not here. Go somewhere

A elderly lady claimed she was shorted a sandwich. The lady in back(I assume was a manager) came out and was really gruff with the lady and in the end the elderly lady was right, she was shorted. Held up the line and really wasn't very peaceful. The cashier was also trying to explain and was basically talked over.
Not very busy and took over 10 minutes for a sandwich and small fry. And it tasted plain.

I got hired, then I called 2 days later to see when they wanted me to come in for orientation, and told me they went with someone else with more flexibility in scheduling. Thanks for not calling me back about the change Theresa! SCREW THIS JOKE FOR A BUSINESS. Why continue looking after you hired somebody? Cause your STUPID!
They forgot the curly fries for a simple order. I was in rush and forgot to check the receipt. Reminded me why I don't go to Arbys.

Zero stars. Waited in the drive thru for service. Ended up driving to the window and the car behind me left. Manager did not care, and stated so. Left without ordering and I will not be going back. I've been there three times since moving to this town. Always slow, employees fighting and yelling inside. I will gladly give my business to McDonald's down the road. The owner needs to do something.

My 8 yr old daughter and I went through the drive thru and got a beef and cheddar meal, a small curly fry and a 4 piece mozzarella stick. She took a bite of the beef and cheddar and said it tasted sour and smelled gross. I pulled over and looked at it. It was horrid smelling, discolored and slimy!! We threw the entire order away. And ordered Jakes pizza instead. I would have called and talked to a manager but the manager that handed us our order as well as the other young lady there were clearly not happy with their jobs or something, because they were not polite or nice in any way at all. They were very short and rude during the minimal time spent interacting with them. So I knew if I called about this issue I wouldn’t get any kind of professionalism from them. I know everyone is short handed right now but that doesn’t mean settling for people that give terrible customer service and especially for employees that don’t care enough and will just serve anything! Spoiled meat can make someone really sick! It had been awhile since my daughter and I have been to this Arby’s location, but we will not return.
The food quality has gone DOWN quite a bit. The men restroom is HORRIBLE!! DIRTY AND SMELLS! This used to be one of our go to place. Not no more.
