The other day I saw an employee with deadlocks and goatee help an elderly woman with the door she was struggling to push her walker out. I also saw her thank him graciously for his help as she appeared to be by herself. It’s always nice seeing staff go above and beyond their duties in order to help others. The humanity in this employees actions truly moved me.

I was absolutely disgusted to find a bloody Band-Aid on top of the tomato in my Whopper. This is not just unacceptable—it’s a serious health hazard. To make matters worse, the staff were rude and confrontational when I brought it to their attention. This experience was disgraceful, and I expect immediate action and accountability from your management team.

Gal at register was on her phone between customers. No toys for happy meals. Play place tables all dirty. When I picked up my food from the register, flies were trying to land on my food. Men's bathroom was very dirty.

They need a new manager that will higher people with experience. Very poorly trained workers who didn’t listen to when we ordered food in three different bags, they brought us out in one! So then they had to go back and put it in 3 different bags but while they went back, we kindly asked if they could put some buffalo sauce and napkins with our order. Guess what, They didn’t bring buffalo sauce or napkins out! So we had to turn around and drive all the way back to get it. Overall unprofessional and very disrespectful staff.

How hard is it to serve fresh food is the question, Burger King albert lea the answer is impossible. Albert lea location can't even get 8 chessytots right, my order consisted of 4 old dried out tots 1 jalapeño popper 3 edible tots. This coupled with your lack of pride in services makes makes this location one that should be retrained and restaffed with people who are trained better.

Very rude and disrespectful, the last 2 times I went there, I asked for a specific item to be dropped to order and I got cold, stale food. There were 2 workers talking very loud and swearing. Will never go back to this place.
