Very rude and disrespectful, the last 2 times I went there, I asked for a specific item to be dropped to order and I got cold, stale food. There were 2 workers talking very loud and swearing. Will never go back to this place.

The first time I have ever been to this restaurant, we ordered and half our stuff was missing/made wrong. So, we went back to grab everything, with our receipt of course. My fiancé ran in while I started feeding our toddler since hers was right, he then had to come get every ounce of food from the car (their request) to make sure we weren’t lying or something. It already took 20 minutes to get, then another 20 for us to get our actual food. I don’t think we will be back, the McDonald’s in town is great so we will just go there.

Just ordered at the drive through for the second time. Last time I went through they took my French fry out of my bag and ate it while walking to the window. Tried giving them a second chance and when ordering they scuffled and sounded super rude when I tried to switch out a few things. Why don’t you have some respect and put someone nice at the window. This is not the customer service I wanted to see. Hopefully they change.

I went here in xmas eve as no where else in town was open. They were semi busy i wouldn't say absolutely busy as I've been hit by busses full of people short handed at this exact BK and handled it way better. This manger was cussing swearing talking bad about the prior inside customer who they just couldn't seem too get the order right for even though it was the exact manger that was using profanity and very unprofessional behavior. I understand being busy and in the moment but think it don't say it

Used drive through and the lady that took order was very rude. Not friendly, acted annoyed, very poor customer service. I don't normally leave reviews but this warrantied one.
The guy at the counter didn't even say anything to me I told him what I want and the employees were laughing and swearing little kids are running around I think they bring their kids to work, random cars keep coming and leaving right away employees go in the back of the car and they come back within 2 minutes . Inside very dirty and very methy. My burger was good if you can stand the dirtiness and the filthy mouth and dirty language, and a couple methods looking at you from kitchen at you, it's okay to eat at. It's okay to take a lunch break dinner break I guess it's hard to find good help.

Burger king at 3:08. Thursday july 18. The employees were very busy with their own thing when we as the greyhound bus people walked in. They rushed as we had to be out in under 10 minutes, i guess we can’t stay any longer than that. So in turn, they rushed to get our orders out. One person even came out the shop to stop the bus, and argued with the driver when they were going to drive away. Please commend everyone who was working at the time and said they did a good job, your employees deserve it! The food was also super fresh.

They took 25 minutes to make my order. They pick and choose who to make food for and when. Rude to customers. Sloppy customer service. Literally told me I'm not making ur order. The place needs upper management to come in and clean house.
