This very helpful girl, I think her name was eva or ava, helped me pick out something new to try. She was super nice and amazing!! Our drinks were amazing and very tasty.

Stopped here to get 2 of our favorite frozen berries and cream drinks. Annika is the most adorable counter gal ever and she was so polite and friendly. When I got our drinks they were white; not the pretty pink they usually are. So I said oh they’re usually pink. To which Ava or Eva replied, “well that’s how I made it!” I took a sip of one and I said I’m sorry but something is wrong; this is all watery! Ava/Eva ignored me and made the next order. Then she came over, grabbed the incorrect drinks and said she’d make new ones. When my new drinks were done, she slid them so hard across the counter that they should have tipped over or fallen off the counter! Very unprofessional, not to mention extremely rude and uncalled for!

Asked for a large drink with no ice and this is what I received. Idk how they can justify ripping people off. I used nearly 200 points that took me forever to rack up to redeem on a drink just to get half of what I ordered. Pick a different location, because this one ain't it.

I got a juice drink, very sweet. I don't know how the rest of the stuff is there. Not very impressed. The woman who served us was nice.

Just ordered an $8.00 coffee, gave them a $2.00 tip.
When the coffee was done she sat it in front of me while talking to a co-worker, never once looking at me and then walked away.
It was obvious that the idea of actually saying, “Thank you”, to a customer never entered her mind.
I won’t stop again.

They are always pleasant but NEVER ask if your a rewards customer. I ALWAYS have to request it. I'm a grandma traveling to see my grandson often, so I stop here, not a regular basis but often enough.

The girls working this evening need to be retrained. Zero sense of customer service. They gave my drink to someone else, he took it out a straw in it and started walking with it. When they realized they wanted me to take his drink. I asked if they could just add caramel to his drink and they told me he didn’t drink out of it… but if you REALLY want another I’ll make it. After asking twice and being told the same thing twice I took the drink. Worst $7.50 spent… I have worked as a barista and would never treat a customer that way and would make new drinks.. there was no one aside from us at the time.

I want to start off by thanking the nice woman at the register. She was so patient with me as I was trying to figure out why my debit card wasn’t working. I kept apologizing and she kept assuring me it’s fine and I’m grateful she wasn’t making me feel rushed. I ordered a large decaf lite iced latte, it was delicious and a great start to my day.
