The girl sweet girl at the register was absolutely amazing I tried the fruit blender drinks and wasn’t impressed she really took her time out to make me a new coffee and to make sure I was pleased with my coffee and it was so good I didn’t get her name but she definitely knows what customer service is I will be back

Only been here twice but the one time it was open on a holiday so it was nice to grab coffee being on the road to visit family and the other time the order ahead was down but still nice to grab coffee on the road.

Very gross coffee. Tried regular coffee, moca and pumpkin spice. Just threw all of them out. Very expensive coffee which makes for an expensive mistake.
We just got coffee here. My wife ordered two turtle iced mochas and they tasted terrible. It didn't taste like normal coffee. She went in and had them remade only for them to come back the same way. For the cost I would have liked them to be properly made. I would buy coffee from a different place.

Got myself a drip coffee. Paid $3.74. Number 1 overpriced. It taste like nasty truckstop coffee. I don’t recommend their coffee.

Drive-thru customer only so far, and maybe that's the problem?Three times I've visited Caribou Coffee and I think I'll stick to what I know: My Own Espresso Machine.I order the same two things regardless of where I go, and Caribou can't seem to make it without burning my milk, or over-watering (ice) the drink. Either way I've ordered from Caribou Coffee, the drink doesn't get the attention it deserves. It's not art for Caribou Coffee, it's a job.Local, smaller coffee stands, make you feel like the way they support their life instead of just popping another drink under the hood of their espresso machine. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone that enjoys coffee.Why two stars then? They do make good desert drinks, so I've been told...Update 2022-09-14Customer service replied on Google...but never replied to my (two) emails. What a waste of time.Review changed from 2-Stars to 1-Star for exceptionally poor customer service. If I want feign respect, I'll go to Starbucks.
