Terrible food and ridiculously expensive. The quart of wonton soup was basic chicken stock with 3 wonton that were literally shredded. The pork fried rice and shrimp lomein were incredibly bland. The egg rolls tasted terrible. It was one of the most expensive take out meals I have ever had. And the food was bad. Stay away.

This was the worst experience of a Chinese restaurant I’ve ever had. It was very expensive and food was not good. The server was very courteous and did her best but do not recommend. No crab in the cream cheese Rangoon. They put green onions in the egg drop soup. Two entrees and appetizer $50. We should have read reviews before going!

Asked the server if the dish came with either green peppers or celery and he said no to both. Dish came out with about 80% of the veg being celery. Ugh. Bathroom smelled worse than a port-a-potty which made me decide there was no way we were ordering any seafood. Guy was nice. Just kind of a run down, dark and depressing place. Oh well - we were just passing through town.

Overall really great place, I docted a star because they have gotten really skimpy with their prices recently. Seems like they’re pricing things higher and did stuff like take crab meat out of their crab rangoons to save money. Really good food besides that.

I have enjoyed this Chinese restaurant whenever I have eaten there. It is probably the best locally. When Doordash started up here, they had a bad experience and are not on Doordash anymore. I really want them to give it another chance.

Hands down the most I've ever paid for chinese takeout and the absolute worst tasting I've ever had! So disappointed. I paid $50 for 1 entree and two appetizers. The beef stir fry only had onions added and no flavor. The meat was watery and pale. It had no taste. No sauce. Oh. and they forgot my rice. No rice at all! It was a pretty dining room with a very nice host. Unfortunately, at this rate, this business will fail. I wouldn't have minded paying more if the food were good. The food was very bad. It tasted old. It was a sad waste of a lot of money. Next time I will be sure and read the reviews first. The person who left a review before me was spot on!
If I could give this zero stars I would. It must have different owners than it used to. This was the worst Chinese food I have ever had. Zero flavor and the rice I swear was minute rice. It was terrible and over priced for the quality. I will never waste my money on this restaurant again.

We like this restaurant very much but have been disappointed twice when we've requested less spicy on dishes that are marked spicy. It's not enjoyable when you can't feel your tongue or taste anything by the time you finish eating due to the excessive amount of spice in the food. Service is great and Truman is so fortunate to have this restaurant!!
