DO NOT eat at this location! The wild rice soup is bad...tastes so bad I had to spit it out. Tastes sour. I called and was not offered anything (until I asked) except an excuse that they know its bad, they've been getting complaints. I was told they've been getting bad batches. If you know it's bad PLEASE STOP serving it to customers! I asked what they could do. I was told I could bring the soup back for a different soup.

It seems like this place has gone down hill since the new owner took over. The tables are rarely clean, the ice machine has been broken for months, and the dining room is dirty. The food is fine and the staff are friendly, it just needs some TLC. They’d better step up their game with Jimmy John’s coming to town.

Ordered 2 sandwiches- one didn’t have any meat at all on it, and the other had toppings specifically asked to not put in it, the 2 guys working were busy talking to random people and not paying attention - called and nobody answered after 5 times- and can’t leave message- not set up-

Wild rice Soup was luke warm. Brought it back and asked for a different kind. Went with the broccoli cheese and it was somehow even worse. Cold and gritty.

Good sandwich chain, but the Albert Lea location unfortunately doesn't have its act together.

I absolutely love sandwiches…. Don’t know if you could classify this atrocity as food… hands down the worst thing I’ve ever eatin, if I could give it negative stars I would. I’m sure the ingredients are better than subway but the disgusting taste makes me wanna drink a bottle of bleach to get the flavor out of my mouth… Don’t waste your time they even mess up salads!

P.s. this is the first review I’ve EVER given a place that tells you how easily pleased I am.

If you have a half hour, go to Subway. If you have all day, go to Erbert and Gerbert's.

Had family in for the weekend. They went for a walk around our beautiful lake only taking 20 bucks and no cards. Decided to stop in for a sandwich only to be 15 cents short. Server embarrassed them into reordering something less. What's happening to our pay it forward mentality!!! Sorry you lost my respect!!

So.....attempted to place an order online, 1st attempt order timed out....OK I'll work faster, second attempt "Sorry we are not taking online orders at this time"? Credit card charged twice though. Went to drive thru and ordered a "Flash" and only wanted lettuce and onions on it......and that is ALL I got.....NO MEAT! Got to get an employee with a higher IQ than the bread!

Customer service was fine. Place was very clean and large. Food was barely meh. $10 for a flat sandwich with barely any toppings was ridiculous.

Ordered online and when I arrived at the time that was given as the ready time and they hadn't started making it yet. Waited for them to make my entire order of sandwiches.

Vegetarian options: Few options on the regular menu

We're in from out of town and decided to order the hotel. We had 4 sandwiches, a Beacon, a Flash, a Tullius, and a Nebula. 2 were combos. All of the food was super tasty and the price was about the same as any fast food. We ordered online at around 6:35 and it told us the good would be ready at 7:15. Went to grab the pickup at 7:15 and he said "oh, we'll make that fresh for you right now!" which totally negated ordering it online and delayed dinner by an unnecessary 40 minutes.

Wheelchair accessibility: On ground floor but door could be inaccessible.

Sandwiches were delicious. Skip subway and treat yourself to some bigger flavors here.
