This is my second time stopping by. The first time, everything was great. The food still tastes good, but I’m not sure why it took 40 minutes for my chicken wings. I’m not happy about the long wait time.

Food was mid, the chicken I got in my taco salad was hard like it was sitting out for a few days. Execution was questionable as well. However the staff were friendly and the place was nice.

Staff is phenomenal but the food is really meh. Ordered wings and half of them were overcooked. My friends food was not good either.

We were traveling home from a work trip was looking for a local owned business & stumbled on this place. Although, it was a chain the service was great & both of our entrees were great. My husband got the walleye plate with fresh melons, & fresh broccoli. His pan-fried walleye was excellent & a treat. My entree was a chicken asparagus quinoa & purple rice bowl. I love eating unique delicacies when out & this did not disappoint. The roasted chicken breast & vegetables with the jalapeño pepper/crunchy Asian noodles on top really hit the spot. We both stated we wished we had something similar closer to home. They have nightly drink specials & a large craft beer selection, too.

We met up with family we hadn’t seen in a long time. It was fun, we had great good and if we pass through Albert Lea again we will definitely stop by.

We were traveling through and wanted a light bite but we don't like chains. Green Mill was perfect! My husband and I split a seafood flatbread and it was delish. I also had a draft beer. Service was great and it was very clean. We plan to stop again when we're traveling through.

I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. I called to inquire about prices of pasta and delivery after speaking with the hostess For sometime, I told her what kind of dish I was looking for I requested a fettuccine with lobster. The fettuccine itself was 1499 and the lobster was apparently 899 to add which she didn’t tell me when she went ahead and ran my card which I did give her the numbers for I Did not confirm if I wanted the dish or not. Before I could even finish what I was saying, she had read my card and not even told me an Before I could even finish what I was saying, she had read my card and not even told me a total when she told me it was for 3097 for one dish. I said I don’t want that. She said I already ran your card. It will take three days to be refunded . It is now been five days almost. and I called Management to say something about my overdraft and the fact that I did not authorize her to run the card and that she did not give me a total. Management said when you give your card number that’s authorization enough I would assume you should not assume I did not say I wanted that dish. She did not give me a price and she was extremely rude about it. I would not recommend green to anyone. Certainly don’t ask to go because the A couple of the horses and the manager are kind of snotty. You should never assume ma’am do you not know the saying about that?

Although I am very disappointed that the Green Mill in Fargo closed, I have not been disappointed by dinners at the remaining Green Mills when I can find them. The Albert Lea Green Mill was quite nice. The food was tasty and the service was excellent and quick. We both had pasta dishes with side salads and they were delicious.

We have eaten here many times and the food is always outstanding. They serve burgers, salads, pizzas and the best mozzarella sticks!!
