If I could, I'd give this place all zeros. Please, get rid of all of your staff, none of them have a clue, they dont care about the customers, they dont care how the food is prepared. Please find better staff!!! I've worked in food service for half my life, and this place needs to be shut down immediately or fire all your staff and hire people who care !

This place is disgusting. Mostly by the other customers that are in it. But the food was terrible. This is my chicken wrap that fell apart before I opened it. Who likes a good ole pickle and onion wrap? Not me.

Went in there 2 different times 2 different managers / shift lead not wearing gloves then manage to catch attitude when I ask for them to glove up another time I went in there in the shift lead / manager was cursing out another employee ready to fight. the gm manager Bryan didn’t do anything about it besides just said he was working all day that day and the person who was supposed to cover him was late I’ll be pissed to was his exact words. this location is a joke will not recommend to anybody who likes fresh good quality service this restaurant 0/10 I can see it going downhill slowly but surly overtime
Got a 5 piece tender and and a wrap it was about 11 minutes till we got out food after ordering the staff was very nice and and apologized for the wait when we unwrapped the wrap the tortilla literally crumbled into pieces with how stale it was

Ordered online and was estimated to be ready at 6:27 and I got my food at 6:33. The person who was on the microphone taking orders was rude (Michael possibly) and the speaker was so quiet I couldn’t even hear him and after that I was told that my food wasn’t ready and was given the worst attitude from this employee. Really should let this guy go he was working the drive through window 1/6/2025 Not only that but the order was incorrect for the platter it was supposed to Nashville hot but I guess people can’t read either

I ordered a Canadian bacon biscuit meal. The sandwich was overly salted, I know bacon is salted but this one seemed to have extra salt added. Also the biscuit itself was very thin. I also ordered a bacon, egg and cheese English muffin sandwich and the English muffin wasn't even toasted, they just cut it and put it together. Not good...

11-15-24 waited ridiculously long to order, truck behind me backed out and left, then shake machine broken, waited for for atleast 20 more min for food, had to go to McDonald's for shake for someone else, will not be going back.
