You get parked each time you go, but that’s not a real big issue. Unless, they say they are waiting on fry’s and then serve you raw burgers. The single looks like it was seared on each side and then put in. Parked for a good 5 minutes and served raw meat. How could the cook serve that? Do they not care? I am disappointed and worried I may get sick.

Went through the drive through and waited almost five minutes before getting my order taken then waited another almost fifteen minutes to get my food. A young kid came to the window to see what I ordered and then apologized for the wait. There was also a lady working and it sounded like she got after him for apologizing. When I finally got my order, she just shoved it at me with no thank you or sorry about the wait. Very disappointed with the service today.

I stopped in for breakfast before work. I ordered the breakfast platter with sausage. 3 people working and they were pretty busy. Food was hot and fresh, great portions I couldn’t finish all the hash rounds! Very friendly and the cook in the back was

The slowest service of all time. Expect to wait atleast 20min for any order. Don't even bother getting breakfast
Went through the drive through the wait was long. Thought since we had to wait so long that the fries and sandwiches would be fresh. The weren't curls were cold and soggy and sandwiches tasted old.
Hardees breakfast biscuits are always good or great depending on freshness of biscuits. The new english muffins are not worth purchasing (muffins were under cooked and tasteless). Counter service is second to drivethrew, so service could improve with a little efort.
Best chocolate shakes, which is odd because other Hardee's have terrible chocolate shakes.

Just went through the drive thru around 4:30pm with no vehicles in line. All 3 meals I ordered were cold especially the fries. 2 out of the 3 fries were not even full. The fountain pops did not taste like pop and left a horrible after taste. $42 down the drain for nasty food.
Quiet open spot in Albert Lea to grab a bite at 6:30 in the evening. Everyone was friendly and attentive but my mushroom and Swiss didn't agree with my belly that night.
