I talked my friends into going to Albert Lea to try jersey mikes. We live 45 minutes away, food was great the young lady waiting on us was very very unfriendly and didn’t help at all only people in the shop and obviously first timers. We won’t be back.

We had an incredible experience at Jersey Mike’s today complete with exceptional customer service and excellent food. When we entered we were immediately greeted by the staff of Landen, Maurice, Osmon, Kiana, and Andres greeting us with smiles and asking us if we needed any help with our orders. I indicated that I wasn’t sure about my order and actually hadn’t had great experiences at Jersey Mike’s in the past and wondered what the staff would recommend. Each member of the staff shared their favorite orders and recommendations, and I ended up telling them to make me whatever they wanted and thought I would like. Maurice personally started making a Chipotle Cheese Steak while the rest of the crew continued providing excellent customer service and conversation while they prepped the rest of our order. The food was incredible, but Landen, Maurice, Osmon, Kiana, and Andres all played a huge part in connecting with us and providing us a great experience!

We have not order in over 3 months because they always mess up and we tried to give them another chance. What a joke they messed up both of our sandwiches, which I will now not be eating mine at all. They said they will make it right next time. Like wow you should make it right now not force me to come again and mess it up yet again. Would give them a 0 star if I could.

This is not a cileac safe environment. We walked in and saw the sandwich builder handle gluten bread then go straight to handleing and cutting meat and cheese without gloves change.Stay safe you all.
My parents and from Winona, MN made sure to stop at this location after they visited last weekend and loved it on our way to visit my sister in Iowa. The crew at Jersey Mike’s were joking around with us and each other our entire visit. And wrote on our sandwich bags with goofy pictures and phrases for the person the sandwich belonged to. Also the food was so good my sister requested that we bring her a sandwich as well. Thanks to the Albert Lea location for the great service!

Went there a couple weeks ago and it was terrible. Bread was rock hard. Made a complaint to manager and she messaged me she would send coupons and never did. Very poor management skills or miscommunication. Either way it doesn’t look good on Jersey Mikes!
