Went there a couple weeks ago and it was terrible. Bread was rock hard. Made a complaint to manager and she messaged me she would send coupons and never did. Very poor management skills or miscommunication. Either way it doesn’t look good on Jersey Mikes!

Three strikes and you’re out! Third time I’ve had a wrong order. Twice with curbside pickup realizing once we got home that the orders were wrong. Not just a little wrong. Called store. Their solution was to bring sandwiches back in to be remade. Not driving back to store when I live on the other side of town. Lesson learned. I won’t be returning. Too expensive to get the wrong order more times than not.

I have been to this Jersey Mike's multiple times. I cannot say enough about how friendly this staff is. It starts with the manager (I am assuming the gentleman that is there what seems like 24/7) down to his other staff members. The manager and the other staff members make you feel welcomed. My last visit the manager, a female cashier, and a sandwich maker named Michael was there. Michael went above and beyond when making my sub (I had a special order) and he made sure that he understood it correctly and took the time to make sure it was properly done. I would recommend this store to anyone who wants a delicious sub and anyone who wants to feel welcomed and treated very well.
