Waited 10 minutes at the counter trying to order food, while an employee was in a booth on her phone... Needless to say we left. Not once did anyone come to the counter to even attempt to take our order.

Literally just placed an order for pick up for just some sauces and things that I needed for dinner tonight and the lady was extraordinarily rude for absolutely no reason. Maybe some customer service skills training would be worth some time for the company in Albert Lee.

I went thru drive thru last night. Bought an 8 piece chicken meal for 33 and some change. Got home and realized 2 of the pieces were totally bone and breading. And they counted them. The chicken we got was good but was pretty upset at the price for what we got.

Got a spicy chicken little meal here and I swear there was more sauce than chicken. Went back to get a replacement and they put even more sauce on those. Step it up
