Well where do I start. As soon as we came in some kid was on something else almost falling over. Yeah that’s not the stores fault. But I ordered my food eat in still got it in a bag, no big deal. But the lettuce on my sandwiches was clearly old and didn’t taste fresh one bit and the chicken was cold. My friends also got food and it was clearly not fresh and was just unpleasant eating it. Some of the workers also ran out of the building to look at something across the street. After they came back in and went in the back there wasn’t a worker to be seen or even heard. Overall just the worst experience I’ve ever had at McDonald’s especially this one.

Had to stop somewhere quick and be back on the road and my visit here was exactly what I needed. They were done with my order in mins as well as the other order that one of my party decided to order on their own....in mins. We were back on the road within 15 mins. I will definitely return here.
Fast and friendly service, I ordered at the counter with a survey receipt for buy one get one free any sandwich so I got 2 Big Macs for $6.14 total after tax.
Good foods for that price, I can't imagine paying regular price on a regular basis though.
Parking: Parking at this lot can be more busy than the other locations in Albert Lea, I would not attempt to bring a trailer to this location.
My favorite McDonald's is unfortunately is going downhill fast. Been coming here for 30+ years. Tried to share this place with my 5 year old son so he would come here for years to come. We come here after school and the past 5 times we've been here the fries are almost stale, chewy no salt. I get a bad batch every once in a while but it's literally 5 times in a row over a couple months ...that's a consistent bad. Then I order to eat in it gives me a table number and they just set my bag on the counter don't say anything nothing....no tray it's in bags like it's to go and then I have to stand there for 5 minutes plus to get someone's attention to get a cup for our drinks . It's sad to see all of this as a McDonald's fan and most of all my childhood location.
