This place is actually so great, it has amazing food, and great Costomer service, and my mom Micheal Wilmington just called and had an amazing talk with a kind and understanding soul who offers to give her a free burger because they put cheese on her cheeseburger when she asked for no cheese. Thank you to the lady who talked to my mother and I hope you're life is blessed you kind, sweet soul. 🫶

Horrible service!!! Don’t go there!!! Asked for their name and refused told me to call a manager tomorrow!!! They make you sit at the drive thru refuse to answer you. I stopped at the window and two employees seen me and smirked and walked away. One even went to the front and grabbed a coat and walked out without waiting on their customers. When you are in customer service positions maybe train your employees to have good service. You lost my business. You got a zero star rating. Not an option though but really should be.

McDonald’s, Trails Travel Plaza, Albert Lea, MN

This McDonald’s is one of the cleanest and most efficient travel-center locations I’ve ever stopped at. The staff keeps the line moving, the dining area is tidy, and the food comes out hot and done right. It’s super convenient when you’re fueling up next door and need something quick. Always a solid stop.

Was waiting in drive-thru late night lights on 3 cars in front of me 2 behind when I pulled up to order at 5 to closeing the girl on speaker told me they were closed after guy In front ordered 20 dollars worth of food. Lights were still on I called the store at 1058 and they let the phone ring for 8 minutes and then told me they closed on time. When I questioned that and stated the true facts she told me that didn't happen and hung up on me, if this is how you treat customers it is truelly sad and very unprofessional. HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES.

4 medium fries ordered and every single one was was as hard as a chip. You could snap the fries in half. I think they put them in the deep fryer again after they were in the warmer. This was after we sat in line for 20 minutes after we put our order in. No luck calling them, they didn't answer.

Don’t order anything if you expect it to be Fast Food. Waited 13 minutes for our food and it was cold and the shake was like drinking milk. This was an awful experience. Would not recommend.

Really awful stop for food, you’re better off getting Taco Bell or something. We pulled up to the drive through and noticed the person in front of us pull away with no food. Unfortunately, we had already paid through the app so that wasn’t an option for us. We spent easily over 10 minutes sitting there waiting while several workers sat and did nothing talking and laughing and making ice cream for themselves. The person working the window was visibly disabled and struggling to get our food and none of the other people working there assisted them. I repeatedly intentionally made eye contact with the people inside, and they blankly stared at me and then went about their day talking and not working. I asked for honey mustard, and we got a packet of honey and a packet of sweet-and-sour. In addition, the signage towards the drive-through was very confusing and it was hard to find.
