Apparently it’s a nuisance to ask for two strawberry jelly’s from the older lady that works here. Even asked “please”, and boy what a chore she had reaching over and grabbing it. So sorry to interrupt your lounge time.

12/30/23 hashsbrown warm not hot, long wait time, Manager...She seemed abrasive towards the employees. I can see why their not motivated. She need to head back to McD University for some more training. SMH It's hard to find people that want to work, be nicer and they'll work harder for you. Owners should (shop) the store. It was a disappointing stop. Order taking was odd and organized. Several frustrated folks werw waiting for food ahead of me. My order was called 101, but it was 111. Luckily, I was watching the monitor. One order of fries was missing, so I had to go back. Plainclothes young woman walking carefree behind counter (off-duty?) Generally a very young staff with no clear management around two days before Christmas.
Good atmosphere! Love that it was connected to a travel center!
