Ordered 2 six piece mcnuggets since they were buy one get one for a dollar. They confirmed my order, then only gave me 1 six piece. Then when called pretty much said it was my fault.

Staff is very rude and super slow. One staff person told an elderly lady they would be with her later or just use the kiosk. The elderly lady just left. I placed my order at the kiosk. I ordered a meal and a shake. After 5 minutes, my number hadn't been called but I noticed a shake sitting on the counter. 10 minutes later when my number was called, the stffmember tossed the bag on the counter and started to walk away. I asked if the shake was part of my order, they never stopped walking away and just said yes. It had been sitting on the counter for 15 minutes and was half melted. There were other people waiting for orders head of me so I wasn't sure if they had ordered shakes. Just overall disrespectful people working at this location. 100% would not recommend!

Closed their dining room over an hour early even though it's supposed to be open until 12p. One worker came out to get something/ have a smoke break? And when asked, claimed they were short staffed even though 5 employees were visible. Disappointing.

I've done the curbside twice in a month once in Austin and once in Albert lea and had to go in both times to get my food. Did it to see how it worked, not impressed at all.
