We stopped to have lunch on our way hour of town we had a perfect meal Kristina was our server and she was so nice and friendly I loved my scrumptious everything omelet and my delicious blueberry muffin Jenessa was the woman who cashed us out and she was so nice and friendly the place was so nice and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had the best meal

My food did not appear nor taste fresh. The brown gravy was old and so thick on my mashed potatoes, it turned my stomach. Waited 20 minutes to be seated while a pick up order was being located, even though I was dining in.

Worst service ever we had to ask if we had a waitress after waiting 20 mins ! Never even took our drink order until we ordered ! Our food came we had no silverware waited 10 mins for that ! Forgot some stuff we ordered never brought lemon for the drinks !

Excellent service provided today by Roddy. He was friendly, kind and very efficient. This was our very first visit to this location and it was wonderful. We love Perkins and especially when we have a great experience like today.All of the employees who were working this day (3/9/24) were very nice as well. I wish the management would have been available so I could tell them what a great experience we had. Our food was great as well.

Went to Albert Lea Perkins. The restaurant was not full. There was a waiter and a waitress working. We started out with the waitress. She came to our table and apologized for the wait. She kept telling us she was sick. She finally took our order. Many people were waiting for their food and they were not getting their right orders. She finally came to our table and told us again she was sick and she was leaving. It took over 1 1/2 hours to get our food. None of us got our correct or full order. Never brought three of us our salads never mentioning them. Received wrong drink order. Received blueberry pancakes when ordered buttermilk. But after waiting that long we just wanted to eat and leave. However three had ordered fish and the fish was over cooked or some of the pieces were just breading with no fish in it. Also some of the food was very cold. The only thing good about our experience was the waiter that had to try to pick up the pieces and figure out what the heck the waitress did. It was not his fault that she messed up everyone’s order but he was the one that was left to deal with all the mess ups and not just ours but others. He should be applauded for the work he did.We are however very disappointed in our food and experience especially for the amount of money it cost us. Would NOT recommend eating at this restaurant. Had to mark 1 star in order to post but not worth that

We were traveling for a family trip and we stopped at the Perkins we saw on the way. We had the most wonderful amazing awesome meal here. Our food was perfect delicious and hot, our server, Katie, was so friendly and kind and knowledgeable and bubbly. The dining room was warm inviting and clean. We had scrumptious french silk pie as dessert that Katie recommended. The manager Kristina did a wonderful job greeting all of the guests and making sure everything was perfect. Thank you Albert lea Perkins for a great dining experience. We will be back on our way home from our trip.Kid-friendliness: Great choices very friendly
