I had a really disappointing experience at the QDOBA in Albert Lea. The food I was served was cold, and when I asked if it could be heated up, I was told, âThatâs not my problem.â Completely unacceptable response. On top of that, the place was noticeably unclean â tables were dirty, and the floor looked like it hadnât been swept in a while. I usually enjoy QDOBA, but this location clearly needs better management and customer service. Wonât be returning.
