I had a really disappointing experience at the QDOBA in Albert Lea. The food I was served was cold, and when I asked if it could be heated up, I was told, “That’s not my problem.” Completely unacceptable response. On top of that, the place was noticeably unclean — tables were dirty, and the floor looked like it hadn’t been swept in a while. I usually enjoy QDOBA, but this location clearly needs better management and customer service. Won’t be returning.

We were passing through on I-90 and chose this as a quick stop. It was an average QDOBA, pretty much the same atmosphere and taste as any I've been to. Although I will say that their various salsas were unusually bland. They were accommodating. I felt like a taco salad, which isn't on the menu, but the server rustled up a tortilla shell (which they use for soup) and filled it with lettuce. Then I added toppings just as if it were a burrito bowl. I was very pleased.

A group of us, about 55 people, stopped at this location on 8/4, and the staff was so accommodating and friendly. The experience was awesome and we appreciated the awesome service. The food was great too.

Move over Chipotle. My steak bowl was flavorful, fresh, and filling. The restaurant and bathrooms were super clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. I could not recommend this location enough. To management, your employees deserve a raise!
