The morning of July 26, 2025 my pregnant and diabetic wife ordered a sugar free decaf vanilla latte. Unfortunately for us we didn’t receive sugar free and my wife sugars spiked to a dangerous level both for her and our baby. I wouldn’t have written a 1 star review but after calling the store and politely informing them of their mistake (which happen and it’s fine) and asking for them to be more careful and observant. The staff member responded with “Thanks for calling, bye.” I will not recommend any scooters franchise moving forwarded but particularly the one in Albert Lea.

I didn't know what Scooter's was until a visit to my hometown. I needed a coffee fix and I decided to stop by after looking it up online. So far I've had very good luck. My go-to drink has been the blended Caramelicious which is similar to the Caribou Caramel High Rise Cooler.
Went here for the first time and got a sugar cookie latte. It was awful! It has a fruity taste to it.

This place is so racists. Do not go here. The one in Austin is way better. There is a heavy set blonde lady and a heavy set younger blonde girl that are incredibly rude to people of color. So inappropriate. I tell EVERYONE I come acros to avoid at all costs.

The girl that helped me in the am was so sweet but informed me unfortunately they are done for the season with pumkin which Is a huge let down for the company and there clientele it only happens once a year pumkin is ever around I hope they consider getting a bigger supply or being able have the option ti re order more since it happens once a year whi h they had pumkin all year round honestly
