I was just at this location. I didn’t catch his name but the employee was a guy with some tattoos. I was having an exhausted blah day so I came to get some caffeine. Came to the window for my mobile order and this guy was so positive and kind that it gave me a boost and made my day. He had great things to say about his co workers, and a great overall perspective. I know a thing or 2 about customer service, and this guy is killing it. Thanks for the positive energy. Coffee was good too lol.

The morning of July 26, 2025 my pregnant and diabetic wife ordered a sugar free decaf vanilla latte. Unfortunately for us we didn’t receive sugar free and my wife sugars spiked to a dangerous level both for her and our baby. I wouldn’t have written a 1 star review but after calling the store and politely informing them of their mistake (which happen and it’s fine) and asking for them to be more careful and observant. The staff member responded with “Thanks for calling, bye.” I will not recommend any scooters franchise moving forwarded but particularly the one in Albert Lea.

I didn't know what Scooter's was until a visit to my hometown. I needed a coffee fix and I decided to stop by after looking it up online. So far I've had very good luck. My go-to drink has been the blended Caramelicious which is similar to the Caribou Caramel High Rise Cooler.

This place is so racists. Do not go here. The one in Austin is way better. There is a heavy set blonde lady and a heavy set younger blonde girl that are incredibly rude to people of color. So inappropriate. I tell EVERYONE I come acros to avoid at all costs.
